We’re on a journey to create technology solutions that will enable you to provide the superior customer experiences that you strive to deliver. We’re leveraging BrokerEngine to deliver a compliant and modernised deal flow which will ultimately result in AFG brokers being able to lodge directly from BrokerEngine to ApplyOnline.
This is no small undertaking, and our teams are working tirelessly to ensure the user experience within BrokerEngine remains the best in class. I’ve included a quick update on the next round of features in the product roadmap below:
Credit Guide and Privacy Consent – updated design and digital signature integration
Obtaining customers’ signature/s on the Credit Guide and Privacy Consent can be a tedious and time-consuming process, so we’re removing that friction. It’s a big step forward – we’re removing the need for wet signatures on the Credit Guide and Privacy Consent and are now accepting digital acknowledgement.
Plus, you will be able to automatically generate the Credit Guide and Privacy Consent for each customer at the click of a button and once digitally acknowledged it will save in BrokerEngine for future reference.
Please note: The Credit Guide and Privacy Consent process will remain the same for those brokers who are not currently on BrokerEngine.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
As the number of cyber-attacks across the country, including targeted attacks on financial institutions increases, the security of your data is more important than ever.
AFG has always placed security at the top of the priority list, with MFA for Suite360 logins an essential continuation of this. Rollout of MFA has commenced, and our transition team will be in contact with you in due course to talk you through the process.
We’ll continue to keep you updated on our progress and the new features that will become available to you. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact your Partnership Manager for more information.
