For all consumer loans such as home loans, personal loans and consumer asset finance, it is an NCCP requirement that certain documents be prepared and issued by the broker to the applicants before providing any credit assistance.
It is important to know when to issue new customer documents or reissue updated customer documents to your applicants where appropriate as this enables you to remain compliant and in line with your obligations.
