You may or may not be aware that we accept electronic signatures on all AFG Compliance documents. Allowing you to streamline your process and make things easier for your customers!

Until the end of last year, we had three providers on our approved list being, DocuSign, Adobe E-sign and DropBox Sign (formerly HelloSign). This list expanded to five providers with the addition of FuseSign and PandaDoc late last year.

These providers have been vetted by our risk and compliance team and have ticked all the boxes, so feel free to research these different providers to see which one best suits your needs.

The Certificate of Completion issued by an electronic signature provider must be retained on file, to verify the signatures on the above mentioned documents.

Please note AFG does not consider a scanned and locally saved image of a handwritten signature pasted on compliance documentation to be acceptable.
