# Bigger Residential Loans with Align

We’re thrilled to announce that on Monday, 26 August 2024, AFG Home Loans Align **increased the maximum loan amounts** on our Residential Full-Doc, mid-Doc, and Residential SMSF loans to an impressive **$5m**. 

With this change, we have taken the opportunity to condense our Product Information and bundle those pages with our Interest Rates.

 

## **Key Features** 

- Normal residential rates and app fees apply up to $3m up to 65% LVR 

- Max $5m limit on single security now available across full doc, alt doc, and SMSF 

- Complex company structures are acceptable 

- Unlimited cash out for tax debt and business purposes is acceptable with just commentary 

3-month ABN acceptable (must have prior history in industry, call your BRM to discuss)
