The Lender Matrix page in Lenders has an abundance of information that we refer brokers to on a daily basis, yet there are still some AFG members who are not aware of the plethora of information housed on this page!

We like to point these out in the PM Newsletters because we believe that they are fantastic tools and they are available to you 24/7! Depending on what you are wanting to know, our library of matrices can help narrow the search or answer burning questions saving possibly hours of searching and calling various BDMs.

The matrix we want to highlight for you this month is the Campaign Special Offers Matrix. This matrix has information about all the current campaign offers being run by lenders on our panel including:

• Cash backs
• Fee waivers
• Solar home bonuses
• First home buyer LMI offers

As noted at the top of the matrix when you open it up all the listed offers are available in FLEX with additional information found under the specific lender page within Lenders. As long as the lender has told us about the special offer it will be listed on the matrix. If you hear of an offer that isn’t listed please let us know or ask the lender BDM to make sure it is sent to us so we can keep the information up to date!
