International Women's Day is this month, and it's a global day to celebrate the social, economic and cultural achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. The theme this year is #EmbraceEquity. We can all challenge gender stereotypes, call out discrimination, draw attention to bias, and seek out inclusion. To embrace equity means understanding the journey required to achieve women's equality.
