It's been a big year for the AFG Winning Women program. Our participating members have seen great results and we’ve celebrated many female brokers' successes.
Going into the new year, we've reflected on how the program helps our members - it's about providing the tools, support and network to help our female members achieve their personal and business goals. And because of this, we’ve renamed the program to AFG Women on the Move.
What’s happening in 2023?
Women on the Move Scholarship
Do you know an outstanding female broker? Celebrate their achievements by nominating them for the Women on the Move scholarship. This is a highly sought-after prize, with winners receiving invaluable support to help them advance their career and business. Look out for the call for nominations email in early 2023.
Community Events
To empower our female brokers, we’ll host several face-to-face events in each state throughout the year. This will include International Womens Day and an end of year function for our members to connect with each other.
At AFG Next will bring even more female-focused content with exclusive breakouts and sessions for our female attendees. Join the Women on the Move community and learn some strategies and tactics you can implement to help your business thrive.
We will also host webinar-based events to connect you with national industry leaders and provide valuable content to help you progress.
thrive4women Program
By supporting female business owners and professionals in the mortgage industry, the thrive4women program aims to provide the tools to grow and manage your business and the support network to face the many competing priorities encountered in the workplace. We’re a keen supporter of the thrive4women program and will continue to subsidise 50% of the program costs for AFG brokers wanting to enrol.
