Great Southern Bank is helping more Australians own their home through competitive rates, clever products and their support for key Government schemes aimed at boosting home ownership. 

This is their fourth year taking part in the Australian Government’s Home Guarantee Scheme. During this time, they’ve helped over 5,500 customers buy a home through the Scheme.

In the last financial year, they doubled their lending to first home buyers making their average age of a new customer 27 years old.

They offer no annual or monthly account keeping fees, and all their Scheme loan customers have access to LVR of above 70% and less than or equal to 80% pricing for Basic and Offset Variable products.
