Updates and enhancements to Smart and Analytics

Staying top-of-mind with customers is becoming even easier, with new Smart features and deeper analytics doing more of the heavy lifting. Discover the latest enhancements designed to support more meaningful, timely connections. From new campaign initiatives to enhanced reporting and refreshed tools, these updates are built to help drive even stronger results.
 

NEW Partner Connect Broli Smart campaign

We’ve launched a new campaign exclusively for Smart members designed to drive asset finance referrals to Broli via the Partner Connect program.

Finding the right moment to start a conversation about asset finance can be tricky. That’s why we’ve taken care of it for you – all at no additional cost to your Smart membership.

With this campaign, we’ve set up a triggered journey on your behalf at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months post-settlement, prompting customers who may be interested in asset finance to reach out.

Smart Red Alert campaign updates and Analytics reporting

Your Red Alerts have been enhanced with smarter campaign targeting.

We’ve expanded the data modelling to include two new categories of Red Alert campaigns each month. These tailored insights mean more relevant conversations with customers, guided by timely and accurate data.

 What are the new categories?

Low/No Doc Loan

These customers have been identified as having a Low or No Doc loan type, as well as having one or more other data flags that indicate they may be at risk of discharging. They may benefit from a review if their circumstances have changed since settling their loan.

High Interest Rate

Based on other loan data, customers who’ve been put into this category may have a higher interest rate than similar loans and may benefit from a review.

Red Alerts Summary report

In addition to the two new categories, we’ve released two new reporting enhancements within Marketing Insights, designed to give you a deeper understanding of your Red Alert results.

The new Red Alerts Summary report provides a trend-based view of your Red Alert outcomes, including insights such as customer age buckets, average loan amounts, average interest rates, and other key measures, making it easier than ever to understand your customers, identify patterns, and see the statistic driving Red Alerts over time.

The Red Alerts dashboard on your Marketing Insights SMART Stats screen has been enhanced. This updated view makes it simpler to see and analyse the specific reasons contributing to your Red Alert results, giving you quicker, clearer insights at a glance.

First Home Buyers Guide refresh

First Home Buyers Guide has been updated to ensure you and your customers have access to the latest information. Alongside a refreshed look and feel, the guide now includes a dedicated section on the Australian Government’s 5% Deposit Scheme.

You can find the updated version on all Smart websites and download it anytime via Help.

 

NEW Smart websites

Since launching the new Smart website design last year, we’ve been steadily transitioning existing users to the enhanced platform. Migration is well underway, and we’ll continue supporting users through the process in the months ahead.
