You now have a powerful new tool at your fingertips, the AIA Financial Wellbeing workflow in BrokerEngine Plus. Designed to help brokers who are Partner Connect members to effortlessly convert new clients into leads they can refer to AIA Financial Wellbeing. This workflow simplifies the referral process and ensures clients receive timely, relevant communication throughout their customer journey.

How the Workflow Works

The workflow is structured around automatically sending an email at four key touchpoints in the loan process:

Lodgement: Introduces the client to AIA Financial Wellbeing and highlight how protection solutions can support their financial future.
Formal Approval: Reinforces the importance of financial wellbeing as they move closer to their loan settlement.
Settlement: Provides a final nudge, ensuring they’re aware of their protection options at this major milestone.
12 Months Post-Settlement: Re-engages clients with a timely reminder about financial protection, reinforcing long-term financial security.

If you don’t see the AIA Financial Wellbeing workflow in your BrokerEngine Plus platform, you’ll need to request it to be published to your account.
