Aaron Cross joined AFG in 2013 and is the Broker Services Team Leader. We asked him a series of questions to get to know him and the Broker Services Team better.

What does your average day look like?
Meetings, meetings, and more meetings! I am currently working with the Development Team and the CRM Transition team on the integration of our new customer relationship management (CRM) platform. My average day also includes assisting and training the Broker Support team
What are your tips on managing a team?
Communication with each other is the key to a successful team where everyone feels happy and empowered!
What sort of experience do your team members have?
Most of my team members have banking/finance experience. All have customer service and analytic problem-solving experience and will go out of their way to resolve an issue or point you in the right direction.
How does the broker support team benefit brokers?

Is there anything you would like our brokers to know about the broker support team?
We are here 7am – 4pm Australian Western Standard Time (AWST). Brokers can use our call back feature if they are running short on time.

I love to catch up on streaming - Netflix, Disney, all of them!
