The team at BrokerEngine are always looking for ways to make your life easier. And they're excited to announce four new features designed to make BrokerEngine and Flex more streamlined and efficient for AFG brokers.

Here are the features and how they'll help you: 

Launched in early September exclusively for AFG brokers, this new function enables brokers to create a note that is synched through Flex in either the “Opportunities” or “Applications” tabs. 

This new feature is also live as part of the document collection tool.  

When clicking documents and bank statements you can now also collect bank statements, find data, and synch through to Flex.  

Brokers using BrokerEngine can now grab documents and information from their customers, and this will sync through to Flex, automating the start of a deal and making the whole process more streamlined. 

The roll out of a new BrokerEngine version will include the ability to track applications, so a client has complete transparency on what stage of the process their loan is currently at. 

With this new feature, customers will be able to see all the formal details and submissions and, as the process is stepped out before them, they’ll also be able to have a better understanding of what’s next. 

Another big project that is currently in the works for BrokerEngine is improving integration across their software, helping everything to run much smoother.  

For example, if a broker is using the fact finder , it will run at a much faster pace, populating income and liabilities. This in turn will make it easier to do servicing calculations.
