FLEX can help you export customers details from your existing database. Follow the below steps to retrieve a report containing settled applications.

For those on SMART and signed up for the Christmas campaign, your customers will automatically receive a card from you!

Where do I start?

Within the tab you are in, you can produce a report by clicking Menu>Export>Next to extract the data. You can then remove unwanted columns and personalise the report in Excel.

Please note: You cannot export from the 'Employees' tab.

How do I export settled applications?

1. In FLEX click the Applications tab > Settled applications (via predefined query box)

2. Click Menu > Export

3. Followed by Next -This will download an excel format.

4. Go to your downloads folder to open and view your report.
