Our award-winning Women on the Move program

Our Women on the Move program recently won the Training and Development Program of the Year at the Women in Finance Awards! This recognition is a testament to our commitment to empowering women in the broking industry.  

The award recognises our sustained efforts in running an outstanding development program designed to train and progress women in our ranks and that the program is the best across the entire Australian finance industry. 

Our objectives of the program have always been clear: 

1. Promoting Gender Diversity: We’re committed to increasing the representation of women in the industry. The Women on the Move program serves as a catalyst for attracting and retaining talented women in our ranks. 
2. Development and Upskilling: We recognise the importance of continuous learning and growth. The program is designed to develop, train, and upskill our network of female brokers, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and expertise they need to excel in their roles. 
3. Acknowledging and Rewarding Excellence: We are proud to have our Women on the Move Scholarship, that not only focuses on development but also recognises the hard work and dedication of our female brokers, creating a culture of appreciation and empowerment.
