AFG has always placed the security of your data at the top of the priority list, and as a continuation, we’ll soon be introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to all Suite360 accounts.
With MFA, each time you log in, a secure code will be sent to your nominated device. This could be via an Authenticator app or via a SMS message.
MFA provides an additional layer of security beyond having just a password. Being MFA-enabled reduces the risk of unauthorised access and account takeovers as well as the risk of financial loss.
What is changing?
To enable MFA for Suite360, your login username will change to a unique email address – which replaces the Suite360 UserID that is currently being used.
We will need you to advise us of the email address you wish to use for your Suite360 login. This email address will be unique to your Suite360 login, which means it cannot be used to log in to any other Suite360 account. You will receive an email from us at a later date to nominate which email address you wish to use.
When will this change take place?
The rollout of MFA will commence in September, and we will email you closer to your transition period with instructions, confirmation of your transition date and to request details of your unique email address.
